He knew that voice. Tommy knew that voice.
It wasn't Tubbo, no, of course it was not Tubbo because he was never there. He was never there to help Tommy. It was Ghostbur.
Ghostbur was frozen, his wide eyes held an emotion Tommy couldn't comprehend. The ghost of his brother stared at him as if Tommy was the ghost. But it was fair, Tommy was supposed to be dead.
Everyone thinks Tommy is dead but when his family finds out he isn't, they are surprisingly happy. Only thing is, they aren't letting him leave.

Summary
Phil doesn’t cry.
But as he stands before Tommy, his shoulders shaking, and his eyes shining in the moonlight, he’s about as close as he gets to it. Tommy reaches up to grab his hand with his smaller ones. He hadn’t meant to make him sad.
He just wanted to tell him how much he missed his dad!
How he didn’t mind dying if it meant Phil would be his family again.
“You’re not supposed to be this…this small. Is this how bad we failed you?” It’s barely said over a whisper. Tommy has to strain his ears to even make out the words.
“I promise Tommy,” Phil says his eyes growing a fire in them. “We’re going to make this right. We’ll make it go away.”
And under the snowfall of the arctic winds. Tommy can’t help but believe him.

Tommy finds a sand dollar washed up on the muddy shores of his favorite beach. By looking through it, he's somehow able to see things that are normally unable be seen. Like a lonely musician searching for his lover whom he lost to the sea.
The clock is ticking down - he has until summer ends. But is that enough time to help his new friend?
