Jimin's eyes were ice cold as he turned to look at Taehyung. His lips curled downwards in clear dissatisfaction, eyebrows furrowed tightly. He advanced with purpose, his shoulders squared and his spine rigid, radiating a tension that seemed to fill the air between them. Taehyung felt himself stiffen as Jimin moved closer.
“Listen, little prince,” he growled, each word laced with a venomous intensity that made Taehyung instinctively recoil. His usual bright, boxy smile faltered, wavering uncertainly under the weight of Jimin's glare.
“We may be bound as husbands, but don’t mistake that for friendship,” Jimin hissed, his voice slicing through the air as sharply as the sword that hung at his hip, “It would be wise for you to keep your distance. Have I made myself clear?”
Taehyung did not understand.
Or, Taehyung has always admired Crown Prince Park Jimin and looks forward to their eventual marriage. Jimin does not share the sentiment.
