Kaito can’t help but pursue being KID.It was fine, truly.
Until they learn the worst revelation possible and have to deal with everything. But is it true…? Have they been fools all along ?OR KaiShin are dating and learnt they are supposedly related in the worst way possible. But you know what ? There is magic and curses involved somehow. But also what appears to be a maze of realities/dreams Kaito got lost within.

Summary
There are many things about Kaitou KID, some good, many bad. One of these things is that his true identity is unknown to all (besides a VERY select few). But when a seemingly innocent video gets uploaded to YouTube, that might not be the case anymore. With everything out in the open, Kuroba Kaito must try to mend his relationships and defend himself in the court of law, on top of continuing to go about his daily life (lives).

I know that's not a lot to go off of, but I promise my writing style is okay and it's in 3rd-person past-tense so that's nice.
There will be inconsistent updates but I PROMISE unless I flat-out say it, it's not been dropped and I will try my best to finish it before the end of the year. There will probably be somewhere between 10 and 20 chapters, just a heads up.
EDIT 9/5/2024: I got rid of the Detective Conan fandom tag since I'm not taking anything from that series lol

Kudo Shinichi broke up with Mori Ran over a phone call, while still stuck as Edogawa Conan. Naturally, he would try anything to not think about it. Even if that meant going to Sapporo, Hokkaido to help a stupid and crafty thief who was accused of murder, again.
Kuroba Kaito was struggling with his feelings around his double life as his time being Kaitou KID kept getting longer and longer. When KID was accused of murder, again, naturally, he took that chance to hopefully resolve his feelings, once and for all. Now, how to convince his favorite critic to come with him to Sapporo, Hokkaido, without kidnapping?
Or: KID asked for Conan's help with a case while they both struggled with their feelings.

“Selfish,” he calls himself, venom lacing the word despite the low volume. For breaking in, for going through the pictures and not stopping, for not moving.
So what if he wants to be noticed? For once, not only because of his magic tricks, but for his sake?
