Ian continues to live and in my story, the Gallagher family has become a criminal family with mainly buying and selling guns, drugs, etc. He dated Trevor and only saw Trevor as an alter ego. but Trevor always tries to manipulate Ian's family and is hated every time he speaks. Fiona had a romantic relationship with Iggy in high school. The two had to be apart for many years because Iggy needed to go abroad for business (their love is one of two things that help other couples fall in love). Lip became the head of the Gallagher family and the head of the family's business operations. He still misses Mandy after losing her. Mandy becomes an excellent hospital director. Bonnie is the Milkovich family's youngest sister who became a famous female model and she always remembers Carl. So does Carl. He still missed her until one day they... After Sandy and Debbie broke up, they realized they loved each other very much but no one could say it anymore.
