You ignore him and instead hover your hand over his hair, contemplating whether you should run your hands through his hair or not.
You give in and decide to softly rest your hand on his head, tangling your fingers in the stray strands of hair. Kayn faces sideways, his lips grazing your inner thigh. You feel his breath hitch as you continue to play with this hair. "You're beautiful," you whisper, not sure if he heard. His body almost twitches, hiding his face in your thigh. Kayn suddenly turns to rest his chin on your leg, meeting your eyes with his. This position...it's risky. " -

Ordinal Shieda Kayn feels like his boyfriend is in desperate need of some love and attention, so he does what any sane person would do and asks the folks down in Demaxia's premiere Research and Development lab to whip something special up for the both of them.
(Set in a version of the Odyssey AU where Talon acts as Kayn's not entirely needed bodyguard, before they both begin to fall for eachother. None of that is particulary relevant to this fic, but I thought I might as well let you all know that.)
