It's not the first time that Anakin has made a late night comm to Qui-Gon. In fact, he has a vivid memory of the first time - of finding Obi-Wan passed out on the floor, of rushing him to the Healers, and of course learning that he was pregnant. So now whenever he gets the comm call, he just sighs and gets his cloak and goes to bribe Obi-Wan into letting Qui-Gon help him.
“Hello,” Qui-Gon says to Obi-Wan. “May I ask why you’re sitting on the cold floor instead of the nice soft couch that you insisted on me repositioning no less than six times?”
