What's going on guys, and welcome to my Ninjago war with canon series! For those who are new, I'm a big Ninjago fan who is very not happy with how the Character's trauma keeps getting overlooked and shoved to the side. Also, canon characterization is a mess, because Kai, Lloyd, and Jay have got to have at least 10 personalities each by this point. Either way, I'm here to fix that, and my solution was to write a series of six rewrites, one for each main ninja's POV.
If you couldn't tell from the title, this book is about Lloyd! While this is book three in the overall series, you definitely don't have to read the others in order to read this one, just pick the character you like the most and start reading!

Summary
Zane, Kai, Cole and Jay had planned a trip to a town near a large lake- far away from any mysteries or crimes. However, destiny seems to have a way of biting them in the back, and now they (and two stowaways- Nya and Lloyd), have found themselves in the middle of a scam involving a fake sea serpent and a motel owner that gives Jay the heebie-jeebies.
