Summary
Kasane Ao, being ostracized at school and a loner, wishes that one day she can go live abroad, or at least in another city. However, the place she lives in - Futatsugi City is at risk of being merged with a city nearby as a new ward due to lack of residents and untrue rumours.
Realizing how she really loves the city and with the help of her newfound friends, a new idol group is formed and enters the Kamihama Idol Festival in order to bring back the good reputation to Futatsugi, preventing the merger from happening.
