Summary
He hasn't quite decided which to do, fretting all the while through yet another dawn chorus as he hears Guillermo dragging a corpse out of the house. He lies awake, painfully, as he hears the saw blade whirr to life outside. He lies awake, frozen, as he hears Guillermo stomp back into the house. He wonders if he's wearing that brown leather butcher's apron. If his sleeves are rolled up. If his shirt is splattered with blood, cherubim cheeks painted in gore.
He doesn't try to figure out why that particular thought sends electricity zinging through his frame. He doesn't want to know.
OR
Nandor accidentally listens in on Guillermo enjoying some 'alone' time. At first it's frustrating, but soon he comes to anticipate these moments. Further revelations abound for Nandor as to the nature of Guillermo's gender, and things escalate from there.

Summary
Guillermo reached for the bottom of his sweater and lifted it over his stomach, preparing to pull it over his head.
“Not like that.”
Guillermo froze. “What?” He looked down at his half-raised sweater, frowning. “Do you- Um- Do you want me to start with my pants?”
Nandor chuckled, low and dark. “I want you to go nice and slow,” he purred, letting one corner of his mouth curl up into a lazy grin as he raked his gaze up and down Guillermo’s clothed form. “Put on a show for me. Let me admire your body.”

Summary
The Staten Island Merchants’ Revolt of 2009, also known as the 2009 Soup Monger Riots, is an unconfirmed incident theorized to have taken place in the southernmost borough of New York City in the early 21st century. While officials have labelled the Revolt as an urban legend spurred by mass hysteria, some experts maintain that evidence exists to support certain versions of these events. The 2016 leak of the Panera Papers briefly revived this controversy after a seven-year period of obscurity; the papers included unverified eyewitness accounts from a Staten Island-based Panera Bread location, in which a strange man entered the restaurant before sunrise who claimed to be leading a counter-strike against rebel “soup mongering” forces.
While the factual accuracies of such reports remain hotly contested, eyewitnesses claim the unidentified man successfully enlisted at least one member of Panera Bread staff to abandon his shift and take up arms.

Summary
The taste of saltwater entered the kiss, and Nandor pulled back to find that the rest of Guillermo’s tears had slipped free at last. He was trembling as he clung to Nandor’s shirt. “I wanted it to be you,” he said, echoing his earlier words in a broken voice.
“I know, Guillermo,” Nandor murmured, wiping the human’s cheeks with his thumbs.
He was all out of wishes. He could never go back in time and change what happened. It was far too late for him to fulfill his duty as Guillermo’s master, to become his sire and guide him through his transformation.
But he could give Guillermo this much.

Summary
Being a vampire is messy. It’s about power and sensation and raw instinct. It’s about the thrill of the hunt and the ecstasy of the bite and the siren call of human blood.
Guillermo has the potential to be a legendary vampire. He has the fire of a warrior - it’s rare that he lets it show, but when he does, it’s breathtaking. He just has to trust his new vampiric instincts, to give himself over to them, to let them overwhelm him until all of his little human rules and doubts and fears are things of the past.
And that, he can learn. He will learn. Nandor will teach him.

Nandor is having the time of his life in the healthiest, most fulfilling relationship he has ever had. Then his partner says he loves him. And that's somehow a bad thing. (???)

Summary
Nandor wouldn’t be able to feed on this cute little man anymore, not with his puffy curls, big dark eyes, and his general audacity to not die. As a successful warrior himself, Nandor could respect that, and besides… a position as his familiar just opened up (after an unfortunate and fatal tote bag-making incident). Perhaps a familiar with a greater desire for staying alive would prove useful to the vampire. Maybe then I wouldn’t be dealing with any of this hunting bullshit.

Nandor smirked, tilting his head. “Yes, my sweet Guillermo? Is something wrong?”
Guillermo’s glare was amusingly ineffective, given his wrecked state. “No, Master,” he muttered, pushing out his bottom lip in a pout, and Nandor’s smirk widened.
He was good at this science thing!
