Summary
On a mission, Tomioka Giyuu has an accident, causing him to lose his memory. He doesn't know his name or who he is, or why he ended up in that condition. He now lives with a kind old lady on the outskirts of a small town, far from where his mission was, waiting for his memories to return.
After a month and a half without any news, Oyakata-sama asks Shinazugawa Sanemi to discover the whereabouts of the Water Hashira, who reluctantly heads to the place where his colleague was last seen along with a small group of hunters and kakushis.
Sanemi doesn't like what he sees.

With a food tray in one hand and the doorknob in the other, she cleared her throat. “Tomioka, everything okay in there?”
She heard him gasp through the door, followed by the muffled scrambling of blankets and clothes. He had been caught off guard. Finally, he said, “You’re standing outside my room.”
“How very astute of you,” she replied, jiggling the door handle with a hint of frustration. “Now if you would be so kind as to—”
“Could you, um, come back later?” he pleaded. There was a brisk sigh before he continued, “I’m… indisposed at the moment.”
“You’re not trying to escape and get yourself a deadly injury again, are you?” She retorted.
“Um, no?” Tomioka replied, confusion evident in his voice.
“I’ll leave your food tray in the infirmary. Can’t promise Inosuke or Zenitsu won’t grab a handful, though.” She sighed, the hope of finally having a normal conversation with him slipping away once more. Oh, she was going to make him regret this. No question about it. She had given him a week and a half of mandatory rest and had been resolute about waiting until then to pester him for answers. But that didn't mean she couldn’t start gathering intel from others in the meantime.

He was then reminded why this guy need to be protected thanks to certain butt shaped fruit, needless to say he got some flashback
Giyuu is just confused.
Iguro and Shinazugawa accused him for disturbing public morale, which is new.
Kanrouji is peeking at him heatedly from the gaps of her fingers.
Kochou is acting very weird and angry for who knows why.
Uzui was laughing at everything and give his wives handkerchief to wipe their drool.
Himejima and Tokito are just confused. -
