Summary
The legends of the Soho Vampire, and the Edinburgh Giant have become embedded in their respective local populations. Stories grow and change in the telling. Misconceptions, perspectives and sheer Time and multiple repeat tellings change the parameters of the Tale. Sometimes, twists and turns are added for showmanship. Other times, because the Teller can't quite remember the particulars so will add a flourish. The thing is, though, there is usually at least a kernel of truth somewhere inside the story...
The Man sits in the pub, Watching. Everything. Everyone. It's all his Business. Any of it might lead to the proverbial Pot of Gold. A tall, red-haired man enters. The Man finds his attention caught. He sits forward a little, and follows with his eyes as the man seems to effortlessly make it to the bar. Now here's something to capture his interest.
What was the deal with Angel? He obviously had some sort of hold over the demon. Why else would Skinny be doing his bidding? Angel?...Angel?.. How had he ensnared the demon? Caplin considered the whole of it. The old bookshop. The man who looked like he'd picked any old decade and stayed there. His hold over the demon. Angel was in fact, a Vampire.

The holidays have arrived, and a bookshop owned by a not-so-angelic angel is the perfect venue for parties, and he does so love hosting.
There’s a demon who is not-so-demonic who pretends to only begrudgingly assist the angel, but would, in reality, do anything for his friend, and the season provides an opportunity to express those feelings.Ever the optimist, Aziraphale doesn’t think Hell would object to the pair; Crowley, the perpetual pessimist, knows Heaven won’t stand for it.

Literature instructor Aziraphale and Astronomy instructor Crowley have been best friends for eight years whilst teaching at Agnes Nutter College, a subsidiary of Cambridge. If they ever wanted something more than that, well, they certainly hadn’t said anything. Just as they start to come to terms with their feelings for one another, Aziraphale is promoted to department head and out of Crowley’s life as part of the college's strict non-fraternisation policy. Neither is willing to give the other up, and with the help of a few familiar faces, a pub called Taddy’s that only plays four specific types of songs, Tracy, an enthusiastic B&B owner/community queer icon, and a hidden garden everyone seems to have forgotten about, they risk everything to try and find their way back into each other's lives once more.

“Merry Christmas Mr Fell!” Maggie smiles and moves to give Aziraphale a hug, squeezing tightly for a moment as the angel splutters in surprise before she pulls back. “Sorry, I got a bit caught up in the Christmas spirit.”
“It’s quite alright my dear, nothing to worry about. It’s lovely to see you so happy.” Aziraphale replies, watching as Maggie smiles and all but bounces off to join Crowley and starts directing the demon where to put her dishes as he takes them out of the Tupperware boxes one by one. Only for the demon to almost drop an entire platter of iced biscuits as Maggie hugs his waist suddenly and visibly squeezes him.
AKA: The Whickber Street Traders & Shopkeepers Association decide to have a Christmas meal together. Aziraphale offers to host with the promise not to make them all talk like Jane Austen again.

Summary
After the honestly quite confusing, and now quite fuzzy, events of the Whickber Street Traders and Shopkeepers Association monthly meeting, the self same traders and shopkeepers had a very slow morning. Which means most of them were ordering some much needed coffee from Give Me Coffee or Give Me Death. And thus, they were all able to witness as a black Bentley which had been a hazard in this neighborhood for as long as any of them could remember, pulled out of its customary parking spot a downright respectful speed. This leads to an incredibly painful intervention between a handful of traders and shopkeepers and very angry demon.

The incredible true story of how 8 shopkeepers become responsible for a very emotionally fragile demon. And how, later, 8 shopkeepers, 1 demon, and 1 angel end up in a glowing elevator to Heaven on a rescue mission that very well could be suicide. (And could also be very much unwanted by the rescuee in question, but that is not something that aforementioned 8 shopkeepers, 1 demon, and 1 angel have given much thought to). -
