For an omega presentation, the most common symptoms were cramps for about two weeks - some bleeding, aches, nothing that pain medicine couldn't fix. They preferred to stay at home and snuggle up in some blankets during the process. Safety and comfort were a priority. Some moodiness came about, but the feeling of growing a new organ system could make anybody grumpy. Their hormone changes came after their new womb finished growing.
For an alpha presentation, it came with a rush of hormones through their body to aid in muscle growth and regeneration - in preparation for any territory fights that may occur. Newly presented alphas had to prove themselves to their pack and themselves, which they did most commonly in fights.
For Takumi, all of those things happened at once. He presented - with the Sigma mutation, his womb practically popped into existence, rearranging his internal organs, his alpha hormones speeding him through the process and healing him in record time. The mixture of alpha and omega hormones had completely thrown off his entire system, throwing him into a feral state as his body absorbed and sacrificed and carved out a place for his womb.

Yeah, so, I think I really might like Natsuki, but also I found out she might be sleeping with an old man behind my back the entire time she’s been hanging out with me and kissing me, so I don’t know what to do about it. Oh, and not to mention how I think I want to become a pro racer after I graduate and I have no idea how to make sure I do want that because racing over and over is starting to feel unsatisfying, and I don’t know the first thing about pursuing that career either. And let’s not forget that I think I might be able to look at guys the same way I look at girls because I can’t stop thinking about Ryousuke Takahashi and it freaks me out. Thanks man, good talk!
Yeah, right.
“Sure,” he answered, opening his water bottle. “I’ll get back to work, boss, thanks.”
