Summary
Atsumu has always been an only child to his knowledge.Recently he has had many vivid dreams that claim otherwise, that made him question it fully. Kiyoomi doesn’t necessarily think he is wrong, but so far, there hasn’t been any proof or clues to his existence.
Osamu doesn’t get why his twin brother hasn’t come to get him yet, but he has a feeling it has something to do with why his telepathy to his twin isn’t working. It could also be the fact that he has been under torture since he was 12, when his demon-like powers awakened. He had to get out, he had to find Atsumu and make sure he was okay.

Eventually, Atsumu leaned forward, his chin resting on his hand as he asked, “So, what’s got ya studying so hard? What’re ya hoping to do?”
“Medicine,” Kiyoomi answered, sounding more casual than he felt. “I’m aiming for a career in the medical field.” He shrugged, trying to brush it off, though the faintest bit of pride seeped into his voice.
“Medicine, huh?” Atsumu’s eyes widened, genuinely impressed. “So you’re smart and pretty?”
Kiyoomi rolled his eyes, though he couldn’t help the smile tugging at his lips. “What about you? Are you… also a student?” He raised an eyebrow, glancing at Atsumu’s athletic build and relaxed demeanor. “No offense, but you don’t exactly give off the college student vibe.”
Atsumu laughed, leaning back with a bit of a smirk. “Fair enough. I’m not exactly in school right now. I play baseball.”
Kiyoomi tilted his head, studying Atsumu. “Are you any good?”
Atsumu’s smirk turned into a full-blown grin. “The best, sweetheart.”

It was silent for a while.
Until the sound of footsteps walking up the stairs could be heard from the other side of the locked door. The wind that entered the windows was cold, giving the twins shivers down their spines.
What could only be heard was the shaky breaths of the pair, and the wind that blew in.
The moon’s light beamed through the window, unable to light up the whole room, leaving most of the space of the room dark. Like a forest with trees that covered the midnight sky, leaving only a few beams of moonlight.The silence was broken by a loud bang on the door, startling the pair.

It was ridiculous that each day, after opening his eyes, the only thought that ran brutally in his mind was "What am I doing ?" or "What am I gonna do ?". Although he proudly proclaimed with Osamu that he would live the most amazing, unregretful life and would be happier than him, the reality seemed otherwise.
At the same moment, there was Sakusa Kiyoomi, who was standing in front of the mirror, with his hand fully covered with blood and glass, also wondering the same thing. "Why would I be here ?", "What happened to my brain ?" and "Am I normal ?".
