The purple smoke has become some sort of cruel roommate of his ever since they got back from the mission. It follows him- clings to him like a suffocating blanket that reeks of chemicals and alcohol. He’s the only one who sees it, the only one who can feel the way it smothers him and makes him feel insane.
Purple. It’s the only color he’s beginning to find himself imagining in his dreams, haunting him every waking step and breath he takes.
Maybe he is going insane.

The cracking of the prism as it shattered echoed across dimensions. A power like that can’t be contained in just one body. as Sonic is thrown across the shatterverse to New Yoke city, Tails is thrown into an adventure of his own.
All these different worlds, each containing a unique version of his brother. How can Tails possibly hope to find his way home and clean up the messes he's made along the way? The more he tries to fix the more out of hand the whole situation gets! why couldn’t Sonic just slow down and listen for once in his life?
None of that matters now though.Tails will have to find his way home and keep himself and his new friends safe from the dark powers that seek to use his newfound paradox energy all on his own.
