Summary
Strange things seem to start happening in Centra city years after Barry Allen and his wife Iris West adopted there friends child as their own,the couple has to deal with the girls metahuman powers developing while keeping her hidden from those who wish to do bad things to her,but those protective measures don't seem to work very well when she turns eighteen and goes off to collage where she discovers her own self as well as why she seems so drawn to the criminal world.
But things only get stranger when people just seemed to be getting killed and no matter how it's investigated by police they can't seem to figure it out until the the Flash figures out small clues that lead to something way bigger.
