Summary
Carlos has been a vampire since he was 19, bitten on a trip to Mexico on his own, and came back having changed. No one, not even Michelle knows, until he starts getting sent to accidents where the 118 are. Nancy finds out she isn’t the only first responder vampire, and Carlos realises that TK is his soulmate, but whenever he tries to talk to him (after he has gathered up the confidence), Tk just brushes him off, despite the attraction there.
Carlos decides to speak to TK about it but spends half an hour wanting to go into the station, but chickening out multiple times. Nancy comes out to all but drag him inside.
How does Carlos get through to TK? How does TK explain his difficulties? How does Carlos accept being mated to TK?

Sure, he almost died from a drug overdose. And sure, his school life wasn’t going well.
