This is a side story to The Prisoner of Jinlintai. It follows straight on from chapter 35. I recommend reading The Prisoner of Jinlintai before this, it probably won't make sense otherwise!
Brought together through their shared experience of guarding Xue Yang through the night, A-Chen and A-Feng have grown close. But now there is a rumour that Song Lan is in Jinlintai to rescue Xiao Xingchen, and a single guard is deemed easily dispensable.
