Summary
To impress his crush Senator Padmé Amidala, Jedi Padawan Anakin Skywalker volunteers to escort Margrave Ka'tracyn Vizsla to Coruscant after her ship gets hijacked on her way to testify as a planetologist against the Military Creation Act. And much to his disdain, it kicks off a chain of events that eventually gets him stuck as her security detail for the foreseeable future.
Unfortunately, it's a collaboration far from harmonious; Miss Mandalorian is not a fan of the Jedi Order, and Anakin definitely isn't thrilled to babysit a lazy, privileged, entitled brat for his first solo assignment, either.

Summary
this is where i put the short stories, almost universally heavy on the whump, that i keep writing instead of actually writing the main story (sorry not sorry). no promises of where in the canon any of these are, they are guaranteed out of order, and most of them will end up contradicted in some way or another in the main verse inevitably

Summary
This story is one of the Keldabe storytellers’ favorites.
It is a story about a future, full of mandokar, that broke chains and shook galactic politics.
It is a story about children, for they are the future. This is the Way.
And it is even mostly true.
~~~~
Four years after the restoration of Mandalore, Mand'alor Djarin's foundling children are summoned by the Manda to accept a quest that will reshape not only Mandalore once more, but the galaxy at large, as a dark threat begins to grow at the edges of the galaxy.
Meanwhile, Din Djarin tries to feel less exhausted as his children pick up his legacy of side quests and leave a trail of galactic political messes to clean up. Let the heavy sighing commence.
"After all, he had a mother, as so many do."
Except, Obi-Wan Kenobi's mother turned out to be the absolute worst kind possible for a Jedi. It was a good thing the probability of Obi-Wan becoming a Jedi was now about the lowest it could possibly be. -
Lars Homestead, Great Chott salt flat, Jundland Wastes, near Anchorhead on Tatooine:
Beru and Owen held the babies the Tuskan Raider had brought into the pourcrete home of the Lars Family. Cliegg Lars stared at the man and shuffled through the basket of baby clothes and toys and credit chips that came with them.
"What did you say their names were again?"Royal Palace of Alderaan, Bail Organa's office, Capitol City of Aldera:
Bail Prestor Organa leaned over the hover pram and stared at the giggly baby boy while Queen Breha rocked the baby girl in her arms.
"So...the names...are they non-negotiable?"Green Jedi Enclave, Corellian Branch Temple, Ahch-To, Unknown Regions:
The Lanai crèchemaster stared into the bassinette, "Er, the twins certainly are blessed in vigor and health but their names....surely that is less of a blessing. Are you sure that's what the parents named them?" -
Summary
After almost a decade cooped up on Kamino, Nari brought Tera, her adopted daughter, to the home she'd had built in the mountains of Nadiem. Here, she thought, they could live in peace and obscurity until the war ended and her boys came home and retired to a peaceful life far from the wider galaxy and its worries. Meanwhile, behind the bulwark of her mother, Tera strives to find her place in the galaxy and become a daughter of whom her mother can be proud.
The Clone Wars, however, reaches even to Nadiem, complicating Nari's efforts to raise Tera and endangering everything she has worked to build.
This book is the finale to my series "The Clones' Sister" and is by a wide margin the best of the three.
I highly recommend reading the two previous books in the series first, as this book is the payoff for the storylines set up in those two books.Series
Summary
Adopting Tera—an experimental clone of Jango Fett created by a rogue cloner—and saving her from certain death at the hands of the Kaminoans was the best choice Nari ever made, but it came with its own problems. Not only did it dredge up painful emotions she thought she had buried, or even saddle her with a responsibility she did not expect, but she must now juggle raising her daughter with training the fast-growing clone troopers into fully-fledged ARC troopers as they grow more independent and intelligent and begin questioning their place in the galaxy.
Someday she hopes they'll have a home beyond Kamino and beyond the war, but for now she must make the best of a difficult situation and bring up all her children the best she knows how.
(I highly recommend reading book one, Ocean of Orphans, before reading this. It includes essential information and setup.)
Summary
The soldiers had a Kaminoan in the uniform of a cloner on the floor, and the small room seemed to be set up to clone a single being of some kind. There was a toddler on the table, apparently undergoing some tests, and Nari found herself transfixed by the toddler’s wide-eyed gaze. She looked just like the clones, but she was a girl.
The hairs on the back of Nari’s neck stood on end. Another demagolkyc experiment. And the Kaminoans' only problem with it is that it wasn’t sanctioned.
There was no mistaking her template though. The big brown eyes, the curly black hair that spilled down to frame her face… She was a female Jango.
Summary
Mij Gilamar takes pride in being a good doctor, but half of that is to hide the fact that he doesn't, exactly, have a moral compass. He has to outsource and, without Tani, he's left in a nebulous area for how he interacts with other sentients.
By the time the Kaminoans ask him to do "manual" checks about the aberrations in certain clones' genomes, he's not fully tied himself to anyone, but A02's strong sense of right and wrong—a sense that dates back nearly three decades to Mand'alor Jaster Mereel—is already making inroads in how he interacts with the galaxy.
Summary
T'ad is a four, according to Baji. All of the Alphas are, and when he first explained it they all got very mad because Four is Four, but then he explained that no, that's how old they are. They're four years old, in only two years alive.
(Baji is gruff and grumpy, and while he’ll help any of the Alphas up if they fall and he’ll pat their heads when they do good, he’ll also make them keep taking apart the blasters until they have it perfect and he always makes them run for five minutes and eat all of the yucky stuff the Kamiiniisii give to them. And sometimes he ignores them, or he goes off for days and days and days.
T’ad isn’t sure he’s supposed to like Baji—Baji would say he isn’t, he’s sure—but he does. Baji is warm while the droids and the Kamiiniisii are cold. T’ad also thinks Baji is hurt, a lot, but he doesn’t want to say. The Kaminiisii would only make it worse.)
T’ad is a four, according to Baji, when he wakes up in the middle of the night.
Summary
Jango returns to Mandalore Sector to recruit trainers and discovers that Boba isn’t the first child with his DNA. Para grows up with Boba and the clones on Kamino.
“You took my daughter from me,” Jango says. The words feel empty, coming out of his mouth. He didn’t know about Para. Isn’t sure it would have changed much the way the duchess wanted it to. He knows he didn’t sleep with her, but there Para is, Fett-faced and small.
“She’s my daughter,” Satine snips back. “Unless you want to stay now.”
You stole her from me, he wants to say. He has no clue how, but the child looks unhappy, and Satine looks smug. He looks at Para and asks her with his eyes: do you want to come home?Series
