Wise swallows, eyes flickering hesitantly to look at Billy’s face. He nods.
He doesn’t know how Billy does it, but even with the absence of facial features, his reactions were as stark as day. The intensity of those eyes had never really dawned on him until now–how he had such an innate ability to express even the littlest of micro-expressions with just that; and right now, he could tell Billy was pleased.
“Want me to clear your head for ya’?”
