Summary
The Raven, aka a certain Count Franz von Waffenschmidt, is the second most wanted spy in Germany.
He escaped the firing squad by the skin of his teeth and the actions of a devilishly handsome American rake. So when said handsome American rake needs help, Waffenschmidt is more than willing to offer his services. He might have resigned his other commission and allowed his membership in the Party to lapse, but that still doesn't mean that he can't grease a few palms or pull a few strings. He didn't count on a homicidal Gestapo major, though, or that the man would take Waffenschmidt's minor defection as a personal insult. There is also the small matter of a very jealous Russian who refuses to take no for an answer.
Hogan being sick is just the icing on the cake. Waffenschmidt needs to live up to his name in order to save both of them. He's not counting on finding love or even enjoying how Hogan fits in his arms. All he wants to do is survive - both as a courier and a man.
He wasn't counting on love, nor was he counting on the lengths he will have to go in order to save the man known as Papa Bear.

Summary
First Helga had sat at that desk outside the Kommandant's office. They had come to depend on Helga for so much. But then, without warning, she was gone, and a new secretary came to take over. Hilda was Helga's cousin, or so she said. Could she be trusted? Would she be as helpful to their cause? That was something yet to be determined.

Summary
Sergeant Carter would make a fine post office worker. He was punctual, reliable and trustworthy. Only his lack of sense of direction could be a problem. But what was a mistaken town after encountering Marya and Tiger? If Carter would just return before Schultz shot them all, Hogan would be happy.

Women? Hogan can handle them, control them. He's the acknowledged expert. You put Hogan together with one woman - sparks. Two women - fireworks. But SIX women, (well, five women and one spoiled teenager of the female variety), plus four of Hogan's crew, and even Hogan might find he has a limit to how much control is really possible.

Summary
What is it called, 'a perfect storm'? A rare convergence of unpredictable events leading to an unexpected outcome? Usually it was applied to a particularly negative occurrance, but in this case? Puzzling, certainly but perhaps not so negative.
Three young girls enjoying a night of music. Ten years into the future, a desperate struggle to combat Hitler and his forces. A rondelay, sung in three parts. Some accidental spillover of Clan power. Results - a perfect storm

Summary
Not everyone led a battle, bugles sounding and trumpets blaring, confident that glory and medals were their rightful due. Some served in the shadows, in the fear-drenched darkness, feeling Death's fetid breath on their necks even as they fought to put a confident smile on their face. But each served, each did their part, each in their own way.
Four vignettes.

Summary
"We've each of us lost so much to that war - the lives we would have had. That cannot be changed, but we can try to make good choices for ourselves now. We will not be able to have EVERYTHING we might want, who does, but we can have some of what we want. We just have to decide what best to strive for."
Louie LeBeau to Peter Newkirk, 'Reunion'
