Not all is as it seems in the roaring city, though. For beneath the veil lies even more secrets than Dogday could ever imagine. It isn't until his encounter with a mysterious and enigmatic purple cat does the truth begin to blur. Known as "The Phantom of the Night," the cat sabotages one of his missions and leaves the canine confused, angry and desperate for answers.
