Summary
“That was all there was, all I knew.Killing, becoming the best at killing and knowing it would catch up to me eventually. And it did when I landed in the Ossuary and I was sure I was going to die there alone.I was so detached from everything else.Until I met you - he looked at Rook with foggy eyes. - I don’t think… I don’t think I’m meant to die anymore. I don’t want to live for fulfilling contracts either, not for being First Talon.Maybe that is selfish. But I don’t want any of it.Just you.”
“Selfish!? Lucanis, you have the right to live your own life as much as anyone else.”
“Do I? I don’t know anything else but this - he looked at his hands -This is my legacy, my responsibility. This is what Caterina beat into me”A collection of scenes/rewrites I would have put in The Veilguard to hash out the Lucanis x Crow!Rook romance. I also plan to write a lot about book dynamic/lore, the relationship of Illario and Lucanis and as the Chairman of the Caterina Hate Club. Based loosely on the artbook, so eventual smut goes without saying. Hope you will like it!

I was bummed by the lack of Lucanis romance in the game, so I'm doing it here! <3
Seraphina "Rook" De Riva, once an Antivan Crow has carved her own path beyond the shadows of her past. Sent to stop Solas, the Dread Wolf, she never expected her journey to lead her back to Treviso—and into the search for a man believed to be dead. Lucanis Dellamorte, the infamous Demon of Vyrantium, is no ghost. Held captive beneath the sea, his survival is a secret buried by blood and betrayal.
Bound by fate and the secrets of the Crows, Rook and Lucanis find themselves on a collision course with a war that threatens to tear Thedas apart. As they fight side by side, the walls between them begin to crack, revealing unspoken truths, shared scars, and a growing connection that neither can afford to embrace.
But the life of a Crow is never free of danger, and love comes at a cost. When duty, betrayal, and the fate of Thedas hang in the balance, will they survive the shadows that hunt them—and the ones they cast themselves?

His eyes light up, a joy shining in them that she’d yet to really see since meeting her fellow crow. Not that it was surprising given his current circumstances. But taking note of how he looked over the weapon as she started to walk again was enough to make her chest warm with pride. She’d done something good for the man, she could tell.

Summary
Phoenix “Rook” Mercar's life has been one giant struggle. The moment she starts to think she has found her place in the world, joining the team of one of the people who first rescued her, everything goes to shit. Now she has to deal with THREE stuck-up, complete assholes of Elvhen Gods and not panic at how a pair of chocolate brown eyes were starting to make her feel…human again. Has she seen those eyes before?
Lucanis Dellamorte has always been the golden child. The one his beloved grandmother pushed the hardest to be the best damn Crow out there. For him, it was business first. Small pleasantries were acceptable, but long-term entanglement? Love other than family? No. One Crow already proved how bad that is for your reputation. But then he gets captured, tortured, a spirit that turns demon inside him, and experimented on for a year. He tells himself the moment he gets out of here he will do what HE wants. “Love”, however, could never be on the table for him, especially not now. But flirting? He's watched his cousin do that for decades. Nothing wrong with continuing quick passions. Yet…those ruby eyes of a distant memory make it real hard for him to think of her as nothing more than a curiosity.

**VEILGUARD SPOILERS**
Lucanis cannot recall a time where he had everything he wanted, but for the last several weeks, he started to believe he was quite close. He wishes someone would have told him, scolded him even, for not only allowing hope like that to grow while facing a world-ending Blight, but being stupid enough to fall in love along the way.

In which I, like many others, felt the need to pad out extra scenes with our Rook and the Crow. Specifically with the Fade Prison.

Spite was no longer content to just watch he wanted to Touch he wanted to Feel - New chapter 10/12/24
This is a collection of One-shots with a theme, exploring Lucanis/Rook/Spites relationship (it's Smut)
For those wondering where some chapters have gone, worry not I have been doing some thinking and plotting and have moved them into Tenderness which I am renaming to Crimson Feathers as it is becoming to big to be a collection of soft prompts. I have stripped Touch back to its roots, this fic was originally intended as smutty one-shots there was not meant to be a big plot. I will still be writing chapters for Touch so don't worry there will still be spice a plenty.

A tendency to always think in straight lines. That’s what Varric deemed as a redeeming characteristic for his replacement. Well. It certainly kept Solas on his toes, that much was for certain...
Plans going wrong seemed to be her strong point. Which is why she shouldn't have been so surprised when she woke up in Haven after stabbing Elgar'nan in the jugular... (Lucanis would have been proud of that shot)

“Davrin,” Rook says quietly. “I’m going to wait him out. You don’t have to stay.”
“I don’t feel like leaving you alone with a demon,” Davrin says.
“There’s a door and a lock.” Rook finishes her tea.
Davrin scowls. “You’re entirely too calm about this.”***
She can’t quite keep the bite out of her voice. “The thing inside you, on the other hand…”
Lucanis looks away from her.
Rook closes her eyes and counts to ten. When she is ready, she says, “Lucanis? You didn’t do anything. I’m sorry. Spite is… he likes to push.”Series

Summary
After everything, all Rook wants is to spend a nice evening with Lucanis. During a night of exploration they get an unexpected visitor who decides to join in.
Or; Lucanis, Spite, and Rook having filthy intimate relations. PWP.
Excerpt:
Spite can never arrive without startling someone. Her heart rate kicks up at the demon's sudden appearance. Lately he's been showing up more and more during these moments. She's hoping, wishing really, that he'll participate even more this time.
"Ah," Lucanis shifts to lean his weight on his elbow so he can watch her face as he works. "My mistake. Is that how it is, Rook? You're eager for both of us?"
