Playful infighting within the Explorer's Association wreaks a bit of havoc, the guards are revealed to be powerless to stop most dangerous foes, Dr. H.B. gets up to weird things in her lab, and it seems that fighting is just in the air. Spurred on by Team Slacker, Vi, Leif, and also Kabbu, know the perfect solution to all of this.
A grand martial arts tournament spanning the entirety of Bugaria and open to "anyone". By anyone, of course, I mean anyone interesting enough to fight.
