Lana Evans wasn't like her brother. Only speaking out when she had a sarcastic remark to make. She didn't mind being in the background, having a brother who was always the star made it easy for her. She did, however, relish being such a powerful demigod. Being the daughter of Poseidon had perks. She could do so much with being able to summon and bend any moisture. Yet, she always questions her own choices in battles. She never knew why, she always came out on top with all her opponents. Using her acrobatic skills, which she was taught at a young age, to get her through the toughest of monsters. But a powerful demigod did not always mean a powerful mentality.
A lot of people didn't get close enough to Lana to understand her backstory. Her mom was kind, but still treated her as an outcast; she never understood why, she didn't ask to be a demigod. She felt as if her father Poseidon didn't care for her like he cared for Percy, her brother. It was tiring. Not only because of the never-ending quests and battles but also because of the nightmares. The need for someone to understand her was growing stronger. But who will it be? What choice does she have other than getting back up?

They went to a bar, downed a few drinks, had a nice chat with the lovely lady behind the counter.
Then they invite said lovely lady to their bed.
Lo and behold--! Amara was born!
Ariadne doted on Amara, even more so than Dionysus. They did their best to be present in the child's life, visiting on holidays and joining family gatherings whenever they could. Because of that, Amara grew up to be a well-adjusted child, with not two whole sets of parents taking care of her, and a rad older brother that would do her homework for her for the cheap price of doing his craft projects.
But of course, being a demigod, things just had to go wrong.
