With all four elemental weapons in his possession, the Overlord sets out to combine them into the one powerful weapon he needs. The ninja immediately begin planning on how to stop him, but not before they nearly lose one of their own teammates.
Meanwhile, Lloyd remembers a certain promise he had made long ago as he gets stuck in charge of Baddie Bend. But when two faces show up and threaten to destroy his plans for his and Ariana's future, Lloyd's heart hardens and he learns it's easier to make people respect him out of fear. Kai and Jay both have different ways of cooping with Nya’s death. One dwells on it and one denies it. With Jay struggling to keep his spirit up because of this whole situation, he forgets that Kai has feelings too. Kai on the other hand is in huge denial about his sister’s death.

Kai refuses to go to Nya’s funeral in order to keep himself grounded and Jay hates him for it. What selfish little guys.

They both jolted as a blaring noise went off. It was the alert for a mission. Weird, crime hasn’t been too high lately, but I guess it had to start again sometime. Jay closed his mouth and looked towards Kai, who had already stood up, and saw he was holding out his hand. Taking it, Kai heaved him up and Jay stood tall, ready to face whatever was coming. He only hoped it wasn't too much; a regular burglary would be enough for him.
Little did he know, this mission would change his life...

Two stories. One truth. When Kai tries to explain what had happened in the battle on the rooftop, his frustration grows when everyone seems to believe Lloyd over him. He knows what happened that night, and so does Lloyd, but they're the only ones who will ever know.
The frustration inside the red ninja blooms and begins to spread to the rest of the team, and the tension Lloyd had caused finally breaks out into the open. He signed and left the bathroom and collapsed once again on his bed. That seems to be all he's able to do these days. Just lie and let the hours pass by.

Morro was glaring into Wu's eyes. (He expected nothing less from his former protogé) Lloyd was looking everywhere, but at people. His hand clenched into fists.
Hopefully, she'll prepare them.
After the Ninja have survived the events of the Friendship Games, but still have a long way to go. So Master Wu sends the Ninja Lloyd to train in the Everfree forest. While Morro and Nya are left behind with Master Wu. However, there's something off about where they're training. Cole is worried for Zane. Kai is a mess of fire and anger. Jay is having fun with D&d, while Lloyd is isolating himself. Nya hates her new "mentor" and Morro is starting to regret his decisions. And what is Master Wu HIDING?
