Around the same time, Kaedehara Kazuha, a young high spirited samurai and his oddly careless friend, Tomo are traveling across Inazuma, when they come across a rather strange and secretive individual, who just so happens to save them from near certain death. Together the three men team up to find the lost princess and restore some of their lost honor.
But what is really hiding behind Kunikuzushi's whole facade? And how long will it take for the truth to surface?
(OR: A story about a stupid little lovesick samurai and a runaway princess who wants to choose their own fate.)

Well-known as the “Freelance Genius”, his serene saintly personality can swoon many people, however hidden behind such a mask is a psychopath with an emotional bipolar disorder.
Apparently a popular game known as “ Gaze of the Seven Stars”, a mmorpg visual novel game that took the world by storm, however left many plot holes in the Inazuma Arc. Especially the villain, Scaramouche aka Raiden Kunikuzushi, who was later on killed in the Sumeru Arc by Aether, the traveler.
Flying into a rage, Scaru decided to it quits and go to sleep for another day, however he ends up in the said game that he badmouthed about. As the non-existent npc, Raiden Kunokumitsu, Kunikuzushi’s older twin brother and first prince of Inazuma.
Now that Scaru is in the game, with the knowledge at his disposal, he decided to take things into his own hands and prevent Kuni’s fate from becoming the villain…
