Summary
Juno feels a wave of dizziness hit him and the package shakes in his hands. He throws it on the table and sits down. “Fuck, I am not the right person for this.” Jet had been sober for seven years. Juno puts his face in his hands and curses their captors even more colourfully than before. “Okay.” What would Rita do? “I’m gonna throw this shit out and we’re gonna suffer together for a few days and then it will be, like, a cute bonding thing for us because we’ll have the same sobriety milestones after this. Summary
“Juno, look at me.” He knew Nureyev was fast, but that was ridiculous. It must be taking his memories, too. The thief’s calloused hands are on his cheeks, wiping away tears they both only now became aware of.
Juno looks through his blurry eye at the soft hair and crooked, perfect nose of the man he loves. “Run,” he begs.
“Why?”
Juno growls and wastes another precious, free moment. “The THEIA. It’s -” He begins to press at his empty eye socket, scratch at the back of his neck. It’s somewhere. He needs to find it while it’s dormant. “Go, Nureyev, I don’t know what it will make me -”
"It was a dream, my love."

Summary
It feels foolish after all this time. A forty-year-old reflex forcing him awake every time someone down the hall flushes a toilet or coughs too loudly.
[Juno comes to terms with a decades-old trauma and Peter realizes he might possibly, perhaps, have some trust issues. At least they're trying.]

Summary
He was nearly to the end of his drink, about to down the last sip, when there came a voice from just behind him.
"Juno?"
He froze. His hand clutched his glass, and he couldn't move his arm to set it down, couldn't turn around, couldn't remember how. For a few seconds, he couldn't feel his body at all; it felt like he'd been yanked out of it and kicked fifteen years into the past, to the last time he'd heard that same voice. He managed to wrest back enough control of his body to slowly turn around, both unbelieving and deadly certain who he would see.
"Diamond?"
