Summary
The ninjas, as they are relaxing are intruded by an old enemy of the First Master. So each is then cursed by lesson-based beings called Mystic and must find a way to fix themselves of this curse. And hopefully stop the new enemies.
Yeah this is a rewrite, but honestly a whole different plot is going on. So yeah, enjoy. Hehe.

“You kept this?” he asked Kai and Cole, dumbfounded.
“Well how are we going to explain to the newbies about the confusing heritage without making them go crazy?” Kai joked. “Ok, you ready?”
“Yep,” Jay nodded, squeezing Nya’s hand in his. Nya squeezed it back, leaning her head on his shoulder.
And the slideshow started.

The mission was meant to be a simple one, the ninja would stop the bad guys, and then Jay could go take a nap or play video games or something. But clearly, nothing could ever be simple when the entire universe had it out for him.
It was just some dumb robbery, and no one knew exactly how wrong things could go. But hey, at least Jay finally finds a purpose! (Even if that purpose dooms him, in the end. But it doesn't matter, because Jay would do anything for his family.)
