Summary
Sokka wraps himself around him like an octopus, pressing a kiss to the back of his neck. Zuko makes a soft sound, craning his head around so he can kiss him properly. It’s an awkward angle, but that hardly matters.
“You know,” he says, his hand settling on the dip of his waist. “We don’t have to join the Avatar if you don’t want to. We can just… become refugees.”
But Zuko shakes his head, sighing wearily. “I think you’re underestimating my father’s influence. Besides, I’m tired of living in fear. If I don’t take a stand now, I think I’ll be looking over my shoulder for the rest of my life.”
And Sokka gets it, he really does, but there’s a feeling of quiet dread in the pit of his stomach that he can’t quite shake.
After the events of Flirting with the Enemy, Sokka and Zuko search for Aang and Katara. Along the way, they meet old friends and new. As they race against the clock to outsmart the Fire Lord, they may find that the biggest challenges come from unexpected places…

Summary
Sokka was never sent to guard Yue, he was too busy scouting ahead with some of the Northern Tribe warriors before the Siege. He was catch and capture being taking too Zhao's ship. He barely managed to escape with his life due Aang and a giant sea monster. Now he's stranded in the middle of the ocean with no one except Prince Zuko and his uncle for company.
Sokka should have died, if not from drowning then the burns he received from his time on Zhao's ship. But he survived. Why? Maybe the white streak appearing in his hair may have give him an answer.
Inspired by 'Will We Last the Night' by CSHfic, VSfic but with Moon Spirit Sokka AU
ie: Sokka never makes it out of the North Pole with Aang and Katara. Zuko He travels through the Earth Kingdom with Zuko and his Uncle instead. -

Summary
You'd think that being touched by a Spirit would bless you for the rest of your life - that was most definitely not the case for Sokka of the Northern Water Tribe. The war still took his parents. He was engaged to someone he didn't love. His life was dictated by a council of Spirit fearing men.
A Spirit's blessing didn't protect you from the Fire Nation, and Sokka realized this when an invasion on the North Pole goes horribly wrong. Sokka's trying his best to survive, it's his job as the Plan Guy. Zhao the "Moon Slayer" hunting him like a ravenous sea leopard is one problem.Forced to work with the Fire Nation prince is another. Because even if Zuko is the lesser of two evils, he will never, ever, be friends with him.

Summary
“That’s ridiculous,” the prince says, avoiding his eyes and blushing. “You’re ridiculous. What are you even doing?”
“Flirting with you. I thought that was obvious?”
The prince blushes harder. He really is quite sweet, like a little tigerdillo kitten trying to act fierce. Sokka may have to keep him.
Instead of trying to fight Zuko during the second episode, Sokka does the one thing he’s actually good at- He flirts.
Poor Zuko doesn’t stand a chance.

A soft look graced the planes of Zuko’s face, “No. I'm rather partial to you, but don't tell your dad.”
Warmth spread through Sokka’s chest. He grinned toothily. “Yeah, yeah. I'm your favourite, we all knew that already.”
Sokka had never expected what he found, when he arrived in the the Fire Nation palace that day. He is quite sure he doesn't regret coming, though.

Summary
If his fight with Hahn didn't have any consequence on his participation to the infiltration mission, Sokka's poor life decisions did affect his destiny quite a bit.
Being on a Fire Nation warship during the Siege of the North the very night Aang got possessed by La wasn't exactly the best choice he had made for his life-span. This takes place right after the comics and one year after the final battle. Fire Lord Zuko is almost assassinated, which causes Team Avatar to come back to the Fire Nation to help smooth things over and to find out who is behind the attack. Many people are angry with the world leaders and their politics, and especially with the Fire Nation. During all of this Sokka and Zuko become very overprotective of each other taking extreme measures to protect one another. Meanwhile everyone in Team Avatar is forced to question their ideologies as well as find out some secrets which are exposed in Legend of Korra. During the search for the criminals Zuko and Sokka grow super close, overcoming many obstacles in the way. But will their luck continue? Zuko already has the entire world questioning the Fire Nation's leadership style and surely the law he eventually decides to pass will definitely put him, Sokka, Team Avatar, and the rest of the world's leaders in great danger. Can they overcome this too? Or will they be forced back in the shadows to obtain world peace? Both Sokka and Zuko need to decide on how much they are willing to sacrifice for each other and their decision will impact the fate of the entire world.
