Summary
Ashur’s the *Divine*, and not one of his people - those who know, anyway - is naive enough to think that doesn’t carry with it a world of responsibility and duty. And Tarquin’s neither his manservant nor a fool - had Ashur ever tried to abuse his dedication to the cause, their partnership would not have gone far.

Summary
Ashur was like a stray cat rather than a snake, really. One that kept coming around because Tarquin kept feeding the damn thing, and it was far too proud to admit that it wanted to be there. And he even crawls through the fucking window, because Tarquin lives in an apartment rather than a house and The Viper’s already made himself too infamous to have a potential paramour.
Art in Chapter 2 by yours truly.

Summary
Ashur should be devoted to Andraste, to the Imperial Chantry. But just because he should, doesn't mean it is so. Perhaps the Maker's words take new meaning when he finds his personal Andraste.
