Legosi is a Theriarch (Cardinal) who is tasked with working alongside two other selected Theriarchs as advisors to the Faunor (Pope) under Louis's supervision. One day he comes across an ancient codex detailing the crimes of The Church of Faunatheism and what role they play in controlling the rest of the world. He steals it and is not only targeted by the Church to protect their secrets, but also by a secret society of heretics (the order of the dragon) as well who were wronged by the church and seek to use the codex for their own vendetta.
