"Ishikawa, yes? Yes, he told me that too. And that he brought you clothes from the dorm. But again you lie. You haven't known each other long. You don't know his first name."

“Then you ain’t gonna mind me leavin’ it here.” Cole returned with a grin, placing the communicator on the ground. “I’d come runnin’ if you asked me to, sweet thing. Remember that.”
Genji watched with blurred vision as the man he waited his whole life for stepped towards the railing of the balcony and got ready to disappear into the night like he was nothing more than a figment of his imagination.
Cole paused, looking over his shoulder, “I meant it when I said I could love you, sweetheart. I still mean it now.”
