Dick pulls Jim Gordon to the side, nudging Jason towards a shadowed corner. He hands Gordon the files, then pulls up copies of the emails detailing the Drakes dealings with the Collector. “We have an ID on the pup, we’ll need to run some tests to confirm but I’m confident it’s all true.”
The Commissioner flips through the files, then looks over the emails, his expression growing more grim by the moment. “Tim, that is, if the tests come back positive, will need somewhere secure to stay while this is being investigated.”
Dick’s heart stutters at the idea that Tim might be taken from them. “Where were you thinking?”
Gordon tsks. “That’s the thing, foster care is too unpredictable, but I don’t have any trusted emergency homes available. We can keep him at the station temporarily, but even that’s risky.”
“I know someone,” he jumps in, trying to keep the eagerness out of his voice.

Dick had heard before that Waynes often had quite piercing blue or yellow eyes. Myths suggested they could easily spot lies due to these eyes.
This dragon’s eyes at first glance could be mistaken for a mere yellow. But that was not true. To call this dragon’s eyes yellow was an insult. An insult to the striking and glowing gold that when it snapped to Dick’s still body begin to tremble.
This was the creature that the woman and her group wanted to kill him for.
TLDR: Dick almost gets sacrificed to Dragon!Bruce and then gets saved and adopted by said dragon.
