Summary
How does the story of this sun go, as she travels through the stars? Like so many others, this is a story of meetings, of chance encounters. Endless possibilities of what could be and what never was. How does one change the path well walked to a road less traveled? When sentiment rises above all else, the heart's will can alter the tale once carved in stone. What familiar fragments shall remain when the cracked foundation is torn asunder and rebuilt anew? Hello, new old story! What laughter and tears shall ever be familiar, and what new joys and sorrow shall join the chorus?
Mistakes and choices were made in the past and future, and now there are Four Warriors of Light who could all easily take center stage and be the hero. However, one does appear to shine brighter than the others, perhaps that's whom the story is meant for?
Even then, having FOUR Warriors of Light can't be a bad thing, right? The established timeline won't change that much...

After the events of her adventures in Ultima Thule, the former Warrior of Light suffered immense injuries, leading her to an extensive recovery process. She's always been quick to heal, however, and has mostly returned to normal. Much of her recovery process took place within the halls of Borel Manor, where Aymeric had been tending to her thanks to the romantic relationship they formed after she returned from the First. With the world at peace and the Warrior of Light well and mostly recovered, the time has finally come for him to propose marriage.
Even after the years have made their passage, however, there's a still a piece of an old love that the Warrior of Light holds onto for her first dear friend, Haurchefant Greystone. The memories, precious as they are, still come back to her, and she can't help but remember what they had. Will she allow this to hold her back from moving on? Does she feel ready to take the next step with the Lord Commander?

Together, can they find out who is trying to kill the young marquis? And in the end, is it just business or is it something more?

Tweezle reminded him as she traded the mechanical oil for the other vial and went to work sliding the slickness along the crystalline circuitry to ensure the aether pathways remained well coated. "Also, it's not a bad weapon if I do say so myself. They did a good job putting it together."
And Stephanivien leaned forward again, fingers of one hand absently sliding along the edge of the mat. "May I--"
"Next time, Legs." She flicked his hand with the tip of her tail and he drew it back. "Next time I'll walk you through all of the delightful little details and secrets up close. This time, though, you'll have to be content with watching from over there. All eyes, no hands."

Given the amount that they had drunk during this ridiculous farce of a drinking competition – Haurchefant Greystone’s fault, naturally – Hilda was surprised that he was still upright. Haurchefant had left with a couple of her hounds on his arm earlier, but something had kept the Azure Dragoon here tonight, well past how long he would usually socialise, and she had a suspicion about what that might be.

龙诗战争对艾默里克与埃斯蒂尼安而言是一场绵延十年的大雨，他们碰巧来到了同一顶雨棚下躲避，逃过了浑身湿透的厄运。终于等到雨过天晴，不必再担心内心会因仇恨滋生霉菌逐渐腐蚀灵魂，也不必忧愁理想的种子见不到阳光无法发芽。但他们要离开雨棚了，这个庇护了他们十年的地方。明知道各自的来路与去路并不合辙，却还是忍不住眷恋让人心烦意乱的湿气。幽微的心绪长成了绒毛般的青苔，在日光之下渺小单薄。阳光下的生活也并不尽是好事，安宁与幸福来得太快会晃伤双眼，不习惯日晒的皮肤很快就会发红刺痛。但往后行路上难免会遇到阵雨，忘记带伞的人会在街边找到对方，再同行一阵，等到骤雨止歇又各自分别。到了垂垂老矣时，望着雨点打湿的窗扇，他们还会回想起在屋檐下一同躲雨的那十年。
