As cool and exciting as the first Quirks were, some wanted to use their powers for evil, and they plunged the world into chaos. But from that chaos, one man emerged: All as One, a hero with the power to give and take quirks at will. He stabilized the entire world almost by himself, amassing an unstoppable arsenal of Quirks by either taking them from those who would misuse them, or being gifted them by those who were no longer in a condition to use them effectively. And he’s spent the past century or so as Japan’s undisputed number one Hero, saving everyone with a smile. Of course, Shigaraki Tomura had something of a unique perspective on all of that, given that All as One was his dad, and all he wanted was to make him proud by becoming a Hero who saved people with a smile, just like him.
Essentially, this is every "What if X was a villain?" fic taken to its logical extreme. Every Hero is a Villain, and every Villain is a Hero.

By now we all know the story: a young boy without powers is chosen as the successor to the greatest hero of all time. He goes to the greatest hero school in Japan, UA, and he eventually becomes the next symbol of peace.
But, in another world, it’s like someone flipped a switch. Like an inverted color palette, everything is corrupted. Japan is led by a tyrannical government that uses its super powered enforcers to crush any type of resistance. These enforcers are trained at brutal academies, of which UA is notorious for its mind-breaking teaching techniques, and high student death rate. But it’s all for a higher cause, to spread Japan’s influence and enlightenment. To show people that they can be part of something greater.

And at the front of this regime is All Might, the symbol of peace, whose powers are slowly dwindling after a brutal fight with All for One, a long forgotten hero. Now All Might must find a successor, someone with an insatiable bloodlust, the iron fist of a tyrant and the willingness to do anything to reach their goals. The next symbol of peace.

Aizawa Shouta is a 25-year-old Pro-Hero, UA alumni and teacher. What he isn't though, is a bodyguard.
After 10 separate assassination attempts in 2 weeks on the model, and support tech maker 28-year-old Midoriya Izuku, Shouta is stuck making sure this idiot doesn't get himself killed. By assassination attempts or himself is still undecided. And, oh yeah, don't forget his son.
Midoriya Izuku is a model, and support tech maker. After many assassination attempts (which was definitely more than 10, just don't tell his manager...) Izuku's assigned a bodyguard so he doesn't get killed. An Aizawa Shouta, Underground Hero Eraserhead, is chosen.
Will Izuku make it through these assassination attempts? What about somehow keeping his identity as Iron Man secret?
Hospitals will be visited, secrets will be uncovered and names will be identified.
