Summary
In 1945, the superhero team known as the Liberty Brigade made their final stand against Hydra, thwarting their final plan to win the Second World War. However, for decades, this was thought to come at the cost of their leader, Captain America. It was believed that he had made the ultimate sacrifice, for the good of the world.
The world was proven wrong when Steve Rogers was found by the new premier superhero team, the Vanguard of Justice. Led by a man from the stars known as Superman, the Vanguard of Justice brings Captain America into their team and works to help him adjust to the modern world.
But Captain America is not the only relic from the past to resurface. HYDRA has been hiding in the shadows since WWII. And now, led by a superhuman known as Albrecht Krieger, they seek to finally bring the world to their rule, with only the Vanguard of Justice able to stand in their way.
