Enid stared at her roommate with determination in her eyes. Her grandmother once told her that werewolves, or Children of the Moon as she called them, valued honor and respect above all else. And despite her being unable to shift, she was still a werewolf and she deserved that respect.
"I'm not backing down from this, Wednesday," Enid growled. "I challenge you to a duel."
Wednesday nodded.
"Challenge accepted."

From the moment Wednesday Addams arrived at Nevermore, Enid didn't vibe with her whole snarky Goth girl attitude. But after Wednesday crosses a few lines, Enid jumps the gun and challenges the girl to a duel.
This one moment would dramatically shift the two girls into a battle neither would ever forget.

“What happened?” Wednesday was backstage in seconds, worry and concern all over her face.
Enid couldn’t see anything due to all the tears blurring her vision along with the immense pain in her knee. She could locate the woman’s voice instantly; she reached out for the woman's hand instead. She was in so much pain, she felt like she couldn’t talk.
“It’s okay, mi amor. I’m here, focus on my voice.”
“Ma’am, please move out of our way, we have to get her to the hospital.”
Wednesday whipped her head around. “She’s my fiancée. She needs me.”
Morticia placed a hand on her daughter’s shoulder and directed her to clear out of the way. For the very first time in her 22 years of life, Wednesday clung to her mother like a little girl, terrified out of her mind. Gomez and Pugsley embraced the women as well, it turned into a family matter. Enid was family, according to Addams Law.

Summary
What she expected to be one of the blondes many class notes was in fact a journal of her daily encounters. The Addams was not surprised the roommate dared to still write about her, though it did please her to find the pastel wolf wrote about her with the same affection she pestered her with.
Turning the page her lips twitched at the scribble of what she could assume was her and Ajax below a half written…block? Her eyes glared at the symbols, her brain unable to come up with a translation of what was obviously words, she did her best to memorize a few of the markings that repeated.
