Summary
Since everyone likes the other AU extra that I did for OPF, I thought I'd post this too
This is a glimpse into the earliest ideas that I had for OPF, like the earliest. At first, I wasn't planning for the bench trio to get adopted, and this reflects that. I think we're all glad I changed my mind, but that doesn't mean this should be forgotten completely :)

Summary
At day, Tommy is a café worker. He lives with his two best friends across from three other friends in a dubious apartment. He makes barely enough to pay rent. He befriended a regular that also happens to a soon retiring hero. He's a totally-absolutely-not-a-doubt legal adult.
But at night, Theseus is a feared-by-all-criminals vigilante with 'shiny white' wings and the ability to control electricity to a scary extent. A justice-bringer and crime-fighter to, what he believes, is a farther extent than heros. A member in MSAS.
Until the fight happens, throwing his 'at day' life for a loop and subsequently his 'at night' life too. Now the social media worker for the SBI, a popular hero group, Tommy struggles to keep his second life hidden and only focus on his task of acquiring information on how the heroes work. (He always gets attached too soon.)

They represented how everyone, even those with 'useless' powers, could be special. unfortunately for him, one of his regulars at the café he works at, Wilbur, turns out to be a supervillain. and apparenly he wants Tommy to spy for him? He'd never. not even if his best friend went missing.
Actaully, nevermind that last part.
when Tommy comes home to one of his roommates lying on their kitchen floor severely injured and the other nowhere to be found, he takes the offer of spying for supervillains into reconsideration.

Regulus instead furrowed his brows and began to look down at his feet. "For what it's worth," he said. "I never found you annoying by the very least."
Tommy had to bite down his bottom lip to stop himself from smiling even wider.
Tommy was born an enigmatic child, hair as gold as the sun in the day's sky, smile so wide it glistened like an ember in the black. He was carefree, effortlessly humorous, and hair constantly tousled from his cease to care less about the world.
Regulus was born a spare, his looks outshone by his brother, a brighter star in the night sky. He was proper, precise, and had an attitude so cavalier you'd have thought he was a direct descendant to the royals.
Though despite their differences in personalities, there came two boys who understood each other more than anyone by blood ever could once confronted with the wrath of their brothers. The sun followed the dimly lit star and never seemed to leave.
Meanwhile, Wilbur makes an effort to reconnect with his younger brother, Tommy, while Sirius is searching for his little brother, Regulus, he once knew many years ago.

Following the events of the Dragonsong War, Thomains is intrigued when he hears a young Auri woman singing a Rava folk song in his native tongue. Despite Thomains’ irritable temperament, the cheerful young woman named A'nhabi manages to befriend him.
Through A'nhabi, Thomains is introduced to the cold and reclusive Rava Grayson, and learns that the man has been plagued by a great and terrible curse— a curse they intend to break together.

It was surprisingly hard to keep a vigilante presence off the radar.
Somehow, it was when Tommy was using his identity that could literally turn invisible, that he’d been almost immediately clocked by the heroes. He’d really only been just starting to have a presence when the heroes cornered him about it. Surprisingly, instead of attempting arrest, they’d recruited him. And who was he to say no to free access to the hero database and nice bathrooms?
One power per secret identity, that was his rule, and he still had a couple more up his sleeve. The heroes could have one. As a treat. He was generous like that. He’d just take more care to keep his other identities off the radar.
Simple.
If only things worked out as planned. Somehow, it hadn’t taken long for his next vigilante persona to be noticed as well, though not by heroes this time.
“I hear you talk to ghosts.” Said a deadpan voice.--
Tommy can't help wanting to help, and he keeps getting powers so why not have more than one secret identity, yeah? Hero, vigilante, villain, coffee barista, and maybe one other.
Or I read so, so many vigilante fics that I caved in and stuffed all of my ideas into one fic.

There were many things Tommy could endure; being kicked, spat on, and left. He knew how to live on his own, fend for himself, and be an annoying delight to everyone else's life. What he couldn't do nor endure was the constant whining of a both fatherless and motherless sickeningly ill teenager he had the unfortune of calling his friend.

Summary
Out of all of the possible jobs you could get in the beautiful city of Manburg, the best you could possibly hope for would be a position in the hero’s tower. Though being in the town square, close to the town hall and other villain targets, it’s oddly peaceful inside the tower. There could be a villain-hero fight just outside the doors, hell, even in the lobby and nobody aside from those in the fight could be bothered. The security is fantastic, none of the staff (aside from the heroes who get into fights) ever get hurt. Good hours, great pay, amazing benefits, it’s the perfect job!
At least that’s what the brochures sat on the counter said, from the parts Tommy was able to read from his spot behind the cash register of a trendy-looking bookstore. Don’t be mistaken, Tommy loves his job, he thinks it’s amazing, and his boss is very kind.

⟷Tommy is the top ranked Villain in the entirety of Essempe, rising to power after (unintentionally) murdering the Top Hero, Íchos, during the formation of his abilities-and taking down an entire district with him. And after being officially named a 'Villain', he just decided to roll with it.
Bedrockbros, Angelduo, Goldenduo and Benchtrio will be written.
But mostly Bedrockbros n Goldenboys.
