And thus, Kudo Shinichi became known not just as the Middle School Detective, but the Pyrus Detective, the best Pyrus Player next to Kusou Dan. And then Dan asks Shinichi to form a group of players who would combat bullies and those who would steal others' Bakugan by force.
So now it was up to Shinichi to form and lead, the Bakugan Battle Vanguard!

After the defeat of Mechtavius Destroyer, peace has returned. With the absence of Dan Kuso and the rest of the battle brawlers continuing their lives, it's now up to the next wave of brawlers to take their place at the top. A recent crazy in Bakugan City is the introduction of Cyber Bakugan. Ai-controlled, personal Bakugan based on existing, and living Bakugan that anyone can use. However, this rise will lead to a threat to humanity, Bakugan, and the worlds they inhabit.
This is the story of a new group of Battle Brawlers, put together by a veteran Brawler in the heart of Bakugan City. Together they will fight back against the hostile Bakugan, and their leader, Wratheon.
This series takes place in the Legacy timeline and happens at the end of season 4 with at least a few months between events. This series will include returning characters and Bakugan, fan favorites, as well as mechanics including traps, mobile assaults, and evolution.

When Dan, Julie and Marucho decide to go on holiday to Wales to experience the traditional St. Dwynwen's Day festival they have a great time enjoying the sights, flavours and various dances of the event until they meet a group of welsh Brawlers, corrupted by Masquerade, challenges them to a brawl. The Brawl is long and gruelling with many outside of the box strategies having to be considered and utilised during the brawl. Eventually though the Brawlers win without too much major devastation caused to their bakugan ranks. The Welsh Brawlers all agree to abandon masquerade and apologise to the Brawlers to really put a bow on he story.
