Summary
Gladion is seventeen when his soulmate, Hau, disappears into the vastness of Ultra Space. He had a job, and a life, and a family- but none of that mattered if Hau wasn't at his side, cheering on everything he did. So he dropped everything in order to hunt down his mate.
It's two years later when he finally finds him, four hundred years in the past, and in a totally new region filled with new enemies and new Pokémon. And he has no way home, because the portal closed behind him. It's never done that before, in the hundreds of worlds he searched before now. So, he has to find his way home, keep his soulmate safe, and keep himself alive long enough to achieve his goals.

Gladion isn't even a teenager when he runs away from home. He shouldn't have to deal with this, he shouldn't have to be homeless and running and scared. But Type: Null doesn't deserve to be locked away, so they have to go, even if Gladion is sick and terrified from what his mother's done to him.

Summary
When Gladion ran away from his mother, it's known he joined Team Skull to take Lusamine down. However, Guzma found out quickly about how terrible of a mother that Lusamine was to her son and daughter, and being a child abuse survivor as well, decides to adopt Gladion and take on the role as a father figure. Gladion soon finds out that there are many other teenagers that have or had similar problems of his. This takes place before and during the Pokemon Sun/Moon game.
