Summary
Mo Xuanyu finds it weird to see his own body moving and talking without him. He did give his own body to the great Yiling Laozu. Xuanyu hopes Wei Wuxian could help him fulfill his revenge. (although the yiling laozu wasn't the kind of person xuanyu thought he was.)
Soon, he leaves by himself, wandering into the forests of Dafan Mountain. Along the way, he ends up in a bustling city of eccentric ghosts. In another world.

Summary
Mo Xuanyu’s first attempt at necromancy is unsuccessful. Well, not unsuccessful, really, since he did manage to bring someone back – it’s just not the person he was trying to bring back.
A-Qing didn’t expect to be alive again. She was perfectly content (in a manner of speaking) with the knowledge that her soul would move on after she finally managed to help someone defeat the man who had tormented her father for so long.
Wei Ying isn’t exactly surprised that he got revived for revenge purposes, considering his reputation back when he was alive. He is, however, surprised to be revived by two teenagers – one of whom is already dead.

Not again.
This can’t be happening again... not this early.
Mo Xuanyu wanted to search his room again, but he knew he wouldn’t be any luckier on the fourth try. Mo Ziyuan usually would have fun with whatever he took from him for a few weeks before coming back to look for the next shining toy to play with. Mo Xuanyu was supposed to have more time to mourn the loss of the scarce things he could say were not “granted” by his relatives... he should have more time.
His eyes were burning with unshed tears.

But the ritual kicked him out of his body and forced him to wander the earth as a spirit, being seen and heard by no one, alone but unable to die. That was…until he met the only person who could see him, or hear him. Neither of them lived, yet neither could die, what kind of a fate was that?
