Summary

Taking up the challenge, Mega Man flies to the cold tundra of Siberia to confront the renegade scientist, but not everything is as it seems. For as much talk as Cossack has garnered, there are hushed whispers of someone that has gone missing. And Wily has been unusually quiet...Edited out the swearing so it better fits what would be allowed on television in the 90s.

Dr Wily is at it yet again by kidnaping 8 robot masters to install his double gear system into them and take over the world. However one robot master in particular belongs to a certain scientist that both Dr Wily and Dr Light knew very well. And Dr Light knows that he has to inform his colleague and his family of the terrible faith their family member fell into.
