Goetia had been grateful, oh-so grateful, for having that little time to clash with the Master of Chaldea. The blood-boiling joy of combat, the thrilling pain of taking a wound, he had felt them all, the happiness of life. He was content even in defeat; he had accepted his failure, had understood his mistake, had noticed how little he knew of what being human truly meant. The value of that short life should've been secured by his death, as is the tragic fate of all humans.
