Summary
Fresh off his most recent regeneration, the Doctor has more changes to cope with than just his face. Something is wrong with Rose and he can't seem to figure out how to fix it. With a new companion, a new horrifying prophecy, and River Song appearing almost everywhere he turns, the Doctor does what he does best--he runs.
This is a Pond-Era rewrite where Rose never got separated from the Doctor. It is Part 5 of a series, so while you are welcome to try to jump in here, I make no promises about how much sense this will make. While still following the order of the show as best we can, we did leave canon behind a long time ago.

Summary
Peter loses things all the time. It’s the way of things, it’s normal, it’s what children do. A pencil here, a book there, a balloon snatched away by the wind. He starts attending Midtown Prep, the school for budding genius, and still he loses things. They slip through his fingers and out of his mind like they never existed, school papers and bags of candy, his glasses one morning, his phone the next. But that’s okay, it’s normal to lose things, it’s what teenagers do.
There’s a crack in his wall.
It’s been there for some time, and for some time, things in Peter’s life have been slowly slipping away. Slipping through the cracks, and that’s normal, because things do that and it happens to everyone, everyone loses things, even people whose cracks are more metaphorical than literal.
It's only when he has lost his parents, and his uncle, and any hope of a normal life, that he realizes what he should have seen all along.
Peter Parker's life doesn't make any sense, and it hasn't for a very, very long time.

Summary
“So, what you’re telling me is, you’ve got a bird who dumped you on the night before your wedding and took off with some bloke claiming to be her imaginary friend but who may actually be a pervert but you can’t really tell because he also resembles an awkward giraffe, and now they’re dragging you along like some kind of bizarre third wheel-slash-pet-puppy. And you’re letting them."
"Well... um. Yes. Essentially."
"Eh. I've heard worse."

Summary
The waters of Venice are no longer safe. They are the nurseries of the Saturnine children, who feed on whatever falls beneath the surface. It doesn't matter, there are few humans left to fall into the canals.
The Doctor and Rosanna hold court over the city, a careful balance of compassion and ruthlessness (which of them is which depends on who you ask).

There's more than one way, or two, or three, to tell someone you love them. Five songs Rory sang to Amy, and why.
