    Summary

She needed to find out what was wrong. She couldn't have her daughter suffering. She had to help her.

Damn Jonny for getting in her way. Damn the oath. Damn her license. She had to help her daughter.

or; i cracked and finally wrote a deep look into carmilla's parenting and her nuance as a character that does bad things for good reasons (or, at least, she sees them as good).

    Summary

How she came to be in this situation, she'd never know. (She did. She knew exactly why.) She was soaked in blood, and she wasn't disgusted. In fact, she was thrilled. She wanted to rip her brain out. She couldn't feel this way.

She could kill her. She could murder her in her sleep with a long, wooden- No. Because then who would feed her?

She sighs, taking out the braid she had put in her hair, smearing blood. She just wanted to sleep.

or; carmilla becomes a vampire... oops. the prompt was love. i had to fuck it up.

    Summary

Every day was another pain. It liked to switch around, keep her on her toes. She almost got used to the consistency of it. It was easier than getting mad about it. She could get used to it (or so she likes to think).

The man made of brass slumped over the kitchen counter wasn't normal, though. And why was he so adverse towards medicine? Wasn't he a doctor?

or; dr. carmilla and drumbot brian are so disabled. also, brian doesn't think he deserves pain meds (for many reasons) and dr. carmilla says, "yes u do, actually".

    Summary

Sound can not travel through space, but she still likes to think that when they played, people throughout the universe could hear them anyway. Even so, she's sure from their countless shows that so many people have heard them already.

But it can be hard, playing so much. She has to make sure her mechanisms are doing well (as well as herself).

or; them <333 literally just them <3 (or; dr. carmilla interacts with the beginning mechs in regards to music and i adore them.)

    Summary

She doesn’t recognize the woman at the bars– a tall, thin woman wearing a white lab coat and an eye patch, dark hair chopped short, looking at her with an unnerving intensity. “I can bring you to her. If you’re married before the king can intervene, the law will protect you, and you can be with her.”

    “I– who are you?”

The woman’s face twists into a slight ironic smile. “At the moment, your godmother.”

Dr. Carmilla steps into the role of the fairy godmother for Cinders. That's it that's the fic.

    Summary

She'd never really thought about it before: what it means to be a mom. It was nice to be one, but it was also hard. Did she do a good job? Is she a good mom? All she can do is hope that she is a good mom.

She guesses this is why she's in therapy.
