For being married that was. Really, they’d been together for 19, happily of course. Celebrating this, for them, may look different than to other couples, but that didn’t make it a bad thing. Sure, they could go to dinner and have a fancy date (some anniversaries they did do this, though more in the early years of their relationship), or they could do extravagant outings and have expensive gifts prepared, but they much preferred staying in sometimes.
