Many years ago, before he learnt to wear an emotionless mask at all times, he had heard the same sobs coming from a different - smaller and rounder - mouth.
Those sobs can not be faked by most people, like a confession of love or extreme happiness, for they are the purest expression of feeling, as if you're baring your soul for the world to see.
Those sobs are a clear sign of a broken mind.
He had known Osamu was broken (had known since he met him; many years ago), yet it was still unsettling to witness such a sign of weakness from a man he considered so strong.
Dazai was almost saintly in Fyodor's eyes, his ability the hand of an angel purifying the sin that was 'abilities' in this god-forsaken world.
But even angels can fall from heaven.

Summary
It started with hair dye.
It ended with their past getting brought forth for them to see once more.
Izuku Kanno, known as Izuku Midoriya, made the world think he was born on the outskirts of Yokohama and raised as an orphan among children in an orphanage. At the time, only one had caught his eye; Atsushi Nakajima. Unfortunately, as soon as they met, he'd been adopted by a woman he proudly called mother, Inko Midoriya.
Denki Kaminari, grudgingly known as Denki Mori among mafiosos who'd met him before his escape, had known what it was to be raised at the center of Yokohama, smack dab in the middle of its largest criminal organization. Six years after he was brought into the cruelty of the Port Mafia, he successfully ran away.
Those stories were years ago.
Now out of nowhere, there are six ability users grouped up in a house in Musutafu, while three others, themselves included, reveal themselves to be ability users too. There's no way it's all a coincidence.
Now to hope UA and the hero society don't find out... but if they do, good for them.
This can only end badly after all.

Dazai Osamu was a fake name, it was also a character, a mask to hide a little girl who had been tormented, abused and driven insane by the people in power in her life.
Shuji Tsushima was a girl created in a lab, she was a vessel for the most powerful yet dangerous thing on the planet, and she had no idea, no idea why she was created, why she was so important, why Mori had "rescued" her, no idea why she exited.

Ougai Mori and Yukichi Fukuzawa stood next to each other, Ougai smiling gleefully as he spoke about this child. His son, Yukichi now knew.
The child in question was lying in a hospital bed, on a mess of drugs that Yukichi did not want to begin to think about.

Fukuzawa takes in Dazai after he decides Mori is unfit to take care of him. As he soon finds out, there was much more to that relationship than meets the eye.

Wondering what the Demon Student's weakness was, and how they could use it against him, while other students wondered if he was even scared of anything.
Dazai stepped forward gingerly, the boggart coming out of the closet again, taking a different form.

There was an uproar in the agency. You couldn’t distinguish any single voice amongst the cacophony. Everybody was screaming over each other and Dazai felt like his ear drums might burst.
There was an open envelope and letter discarded on the floor. The letter, which was crumpled and had a few rips at the edge, was being stepped on carelessly by the detectives.
