An amnesiac girl with no name wakes up in a strange land surrounded by strange people and creatures, and only has one clue to guide her to her past- seek out all Pokémon, and she will meet the being who brought her there.
So, with help from an eccentric professor, a frightening captain, and a jealous teammate, the girl- Akari- joins the Galaxy Expedition Team of Hisui as a member of the ‘Survey Corps’, a very small group of people dedicated to completing both Hisui’s first regional Pokédex. But with courage as her ally, Akari begins her mission, determined to prove herself and learn who she once was.

Hisui is not her home.
Akari has known this for all the months she has been there. Even if most of Jubilife tolerates her, even if they aren't friendly to her, she's never been able to call Hisui her home. She wants to go back home, to her own time. She'll do anything for that, and if "seeking out all Pokemon" is the way to do so, then she'll work with the Galaxy Team and play nice with the villagers, forcing smiles and "happy to helps!" so nobody ever has a reason to threaten her with expulsion. Anything to stay in the village and get the Pokedex completed faster.
It's going well enough, until the sky begins to bleed.
And the banishment that follows as she's blamed for the calamity befalling Hisui sets her on a path she never would have intended nor considered before.
Presenting an AU where Akari gets her revenge on the village--and Hisui as a whole--in a far more cosmic way than she would have ever imagined.

Volo is pleasant, nice and cheerful. Volo is lying. Volo does not fear pokemon, he seems to adore and Revere them and that is the only thing he hasn't lied about. Volo is covered in half truths, lies of omission and he is wearing a perfect mask, he is the perfect merchant, he is friendly and easy to approach and easy to talk to. It is undoubtedly a facade.
Kouji wants to break it. He wants to shatter that perfect, unscathed mask and bite it off his face. And Volo would bleed because his mask was glued to his face and it would definitely hurt when Kouji inevitably tears it off.
Instead, he smiles pleasantly at Volo. He is playing a lying game, so Kouji will play with him. Playing alone is lonely, after all.
