The guy watching TV nearby does a double take, and Dream chooses to let the comment slide so as to not satisfy George's attention-seeking habits, though he’ll be hearing rumors about it tomorrow.
"I was going to…" He has a hard time getting his words out so he clears his throat. "... say sorry for what happened earlier."
George looks up at that. “And what did happen earlier?”Dream is the best monster hunter in the league. George is an undercover witch on the run. Their lives collide after Dream gets cursed with turning into a tiny blob creature and the only way to turn him back is a kiss from George. But being partners with a bratty know-it-all witch is Dream’s worst nightmare. And after being outed a witch, George has no choice but to stick with him and the league. Will these two ever learn to get along?

In the otherwise peaceful kingdom of Hollowspeak, an unlawful villain haunts the residents. George Davidson is the renowned hunter who never has to take a second shot. When the king approaches him with the suggestion to take down Dream, there's no doubt in his mind what he will do. Except that when the criminal has sparkling green eyes and sun-tanned freckles - the task seems to increase in difficulty.
This is a story about a man falling in love with the same man he's sworn to kill.

The radio volume is low, the lyrics mumbled as a comfortable silence falls between the two men. A pit in George’s stomach starts to grow as his mind races with ideas of how he’s going to bring up that he’s planning to leave to the alpha. His omega is whining, telling him to change his mind, that it’s not too late to stay with alpha, but he once again pushes away his instincts and decides to just rip it off like a bandaid.
“Hey Dream,” He says nervously as they approach a stoplight that just turned red. “I uh, I have something I need to tell you.”

After going to his yearly check up and being reminded that his implant was already due to be changed by his next birthday, George decides instead of getting another implant, he’s going to leave his career and begin trying to find an alpha to start a domestic life with. The problem is that means leaving the alpha he’s shared a professional life with for the past five years. The other problem is that the alpha refuses to let him leave without putting up a fight.

As they all continued to shuffle through the contents of the room, tension and more lighthearted tones filled the call. Sapnap was glad that George had finally managed to drop the subject of that stupid, ‘Dream condom.’ However, he can’t quite ignore the feelings that pools in his gut and make his mind swim with endless thoughts of where and what he would or could do with the said condom. . . Would Dream ever want to do something like that with me?
