Summary
Perhaps it was fitting that Vader's death came in a shroud of darkness.
Perhaps it was fitting that mere moments later, Anakin was blinded by overwhelming light.
Vader dies in his son's arms upon the 2nd Death Star. Anakin reawakens in an unfamiliar body in an - unfortunately - familiar planet.
While Geonosis wasn't Tatooine, there was still far too much sand for his liking.
Of course, finding himself to be in the body of the Clone Trooper who fell alongside Padme doesn't help matters. Especially when he realises that, while he recognises her, all she sees of him is another face amongst millions of clones.
(TLDR: Time-Travelling Vader/Anakin who ends up in the body of that one random clone who fell with Padme back in Ep II).

Relic.
The most acclaimed and outspoken Rebel in the galaxy, although his true identity is unknown to most. Relic is known for hacking into the Imperial Holonet and sending out messages of hope and peace, as well as evidence of unlawful crimes against the Empire. Due to his foiling with the Empire's plans, he is the most wanted person in the galaxy.
When the General comes across a Master and Padawan dueling Darth Vader, he quickly intervenes, saving their lives. As they board his Rebel Cruiser, the pair realize not is all as it seems. Especially when two more Jedi come into the picture.
How will everyone take his true identity, especially since he's supposed to be working alongside Darth Sidious.
